the Black Writers Lab

The Black Writers Lab, an initiative developed by Storykeepers, supports new and emerging Black writers through mentorship, training, and access to creative development tools to produce market ready work. By increasing access to industry relevant guidance through our structured programming and fostering a culturally affirming creative space, the program contributes to the advancement of Black voices in the literary sector and promotes storytelling as a vehicle for healing, expression, and the preservation of Black histories and narratives.
